Silo Terms of Service
Effective date: June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Silo, a private voice-room app for trusted, invite-only spaces.
Use of Silo
You agree to use Silo only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the privacy, safety, and rights of other users. You are responsible for your account activity and the people you invite to your private spaces.
Private Rooms
Silo is designed for private rooms and trusted groups. You must not misuse invite links, harass others, impersonate people, or attempt to access rooms or data without permission.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal are handled through the applicable app store and payment provider. Features and pricing may change where permitted by law and platform rules.
User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the content and interactions you create or share through the app. We may restrict or remove access where misuse, abuse, illegal activity, or security risk is detected.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Silo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silo and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Silo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
